I made a snacky plate with vegan cheddar and crackers, as well as an arugula salad with tomato and vegan feta, olives, celery sticks, sugar snap peas and some mixed nuts. That paired well with the Wonderful Wine Co. Rose. Then for a late night dinner I made a quick salad with romaine, avocado, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, and parsley and baked some vegan corn dogs to eat on the side with a homemade maple mustard dip.
